• Select the class you're interested in from the dropdown.
• If you're under 18, add your guardian's name and phone number.
• Tap Register — you'll see a confirmation screen immediately.

We'll review your registration and set up your place within 24 hours.

• Check your inbox and spam/junk folder for our email.
• Use Check My Status on the home screen to track your progress at any time.

Once we confirm your place you'll be asked to choose a membership plan.

• Select the plan that suits you (Monthly, Termly, etc.).
• Send payment via the method shown — PayPal or bank transfer.
• Tap I've Paid to notify us. We'll verify and activate your account.
• Have a promo or discount code? Enter it before selecting your plan.

Once activated you'll receive a Member ID by email — keep it safe.

• Enter your Member ID on the home screen to log in any time.
• The portal remembers you for 7 days — no need to type it every visit.

• 📅 Book sessions — see upcoming classes and reserve your spot.
• ⏳ Join the waitlist — get notified if a spot opens up.
• ⚠️ Report an absence — let your teacher know you can't make it before the session.
• 📆 Book a make-up class — after an excused absence, pick a replacement session.
• 🔁 Renew your membership — select a plan and submit payment at any time.
• 📊 View your attendance — see your full attendance history.
• 📝 Read progress notes — notes left by your teacher about your development.
• 🚫 View absence history — a log of all absences you've reported.
• 🔄 Request a class change — ask to move to a different class or time slot.
